Most of us are inches from victory – often without realizing it. These inches make the difference between surviving and thriving particularly in these volatile and uncertain times.
In sport we know about the achievements of Usain Bolt, Caster Semenya, Wayde van Niekerk and Chris Froome. They are thriving. But their competitors, usually a matter of inches behind, are anonymous and accrue very little of the spoils. The fourth place has no place on the podium, no medal. Yet the winning margin is less than 1%. In Froome’s case it was 0.05%.
My presentations and workshops are aimed at thriving in any context. If you are already thriving I will give you the ingredients to accelerate further away from the opposition.
The secret lies in achieving and accruing marginal gains by applying my mental toughness lessons to your competitive differentiators like leadership, organizational culture, strategy, teamwork, technology, knowledge, sales and service excellence.
I continuously update the content of my presentations to bring you the latest, best ideas and new entertainment for your group. Steve Harris
