My Client was the South African Principals Association (SAPA). They scheduled a two-day conference at Houhoek Hotel entitled Weathering the Storm.
Francois Mol, the headmaster of York High, arranged the conference. He planned a range of inputs addressing the challenges school principals were experiencing by using the metaphor – Weathering the Storm.
My brief was to provide a closing motivational presentation using their metaphor as a basis and inspiring participants to act on the inputs received. I build the motivational talk around my expertise in Mental Toughness.
