My client was the African representative of an international medical group. They scheduled a two-day conference at Kloofzicht Lodge to celebrate a successful year. Their executive, Jaco Storm, briefed me to use my ability as a motivational speaker to focus on being upbeat and congratulatory whilst reminding the group that their performance needs to be repeated and indeed improved. I used the title “Keep on Thriving” and structured the motivational talk around my book Surviving to Thriving with Mental Toughness. The message being – how to keep thriving by accelerating further ahead of the opposition.
