Steve presented a session entitled “Mental Toughness and the Dark Arts” to the South African Lifesaving team recently.

His presentation and knowledge was brought to life by his unique and relatable delivery style, coupled with anecdotal examples from his own sporting and management experience.

Having someone with such a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge delivering learnings to some of the country’s best athletes was an invaluable experience.
