This online or in person teambuilding and culture motivation series, speaks to the notion “culture and teamwork eat strategy for breakfast”  It consists of ten forty-five minute modules blending the skills of teamwork and culture with soft skills so that you can discover marginal gains in your teamwork and culture. e.g.

  • Understanding how the components of teamwork and culture drive performance.
  • Improving your team and the organization’s competitive differentiators through application of critical thinking, managing team wellness, unifying individual strategy and culture with the team’s strategy and culture, managing conflict and fostering teamwork.
  • Creating new teamwork and culture competitive advantages by empowering the team with the seven components of mental toughness (concentration, composure, controlled aggression, confidence, calculated risks, competence and commitment).

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS MOTIVATION SERIES

This series, consists of ten forty-five minute module. It blends the benefits of motivation with mental, emotional  and physical wellness to help you manage uncertainty and discover marginal gains in your performance. e.g.

  • Identifying where wellness choices locate you on the continuum of surviving to thriving. Overcoming setbacks, managing anxiety, building stress resilience, and understanding the signs and symptoms of depression and other extreme emotional states.

Dr Steve Harris has been studying performance for thirty years of which fifteen have been devoted to performance improvement through an integrated mind and body approach.

His MBA dissertation at the University of Cape Town focused on business performance improvement. He followed this with a PhD thesis on Mental Toughness as a factor in performance.
